Phillip Dow – Senior Pastor: I have been in ministry at fc3 since 2008. I received my Master of Divinity from SAGU and was Ordained by the Assemblies of God in 2014. I am a die-hard Oklahoma Sooners fan. One of my secrets is that I’d love to try and be a professional bull rider in the rodeo. I just think that would be such an adrenaline rush. I am inspired by anyone that has served in the military, volunteers during Upward Soccer, and people that grew up without indoor plumbing. My wife and I have two sons and are proud that they are growing up in Fort Worth.
Jay Lucero – Children’s/Executive Pastor: My wife, Janae, and I love serving the church and the kids of fc3. God radically changed my life in the summer of ’95 at a camp in Kansas. After graduating from Central Bible College, I have worked in ministry, impacting the next generation Christ-followers. I am an avid basketball fan. Rock Chalk Jayhawk!!! I also enjoy the outdoors. Some of my heroes: my wife, pastors, President Lincoln, Batman – A real superhero, and most of all Jesus – he died for me.
Ariel Olivencia – Youth Pastor: I have an intense passion for seeing this generation burning with the fires of revival and impacting the world for Jesus Christ! I love reading, writing, and traveling. Some of my favorite authors include Leonard Ravenhill, Charles Finney, and Sergio Scataglini. I also enjoy playing billiards, chess, and word games. My life’s verse is found in Psalm 17:15 – “As for me, I will behold Your face in righteousness; I will be satisfied when I awake with Your likeness.”
Joe McGee – Worship Director: I also currently serve as the Director of Bands at Burleson High School, having taught and ministered in the Wichita Falls area prior to my appointment here. I love the supreme privilege of worshipping God through music and song. My favorite thing is to spend time with my family. My wife, Sherry, and I have four grown daughters and son-in-laws, one son, seven grandchildren, three dogs, and one cat. We are blessed to be a part of God’s plan in this “well-rounded” community of believers. Go fc3!
David Duffy – College/Business Pastor: I serve the college and career group at fc3. Seeking out, engaging and empowering young adults for Christ during these crucial years of life is more than a passion; it is a direct call from the Lord on my life. I grew up in east Texas and honed my ministry skills in the context of the church, the US Army, and in corporate management. I enjoy great Texas BBQ and Mexican food. I am always on the lookout for the next great “hole-in-the-wall” eatery.
