Phillip Dow – Senior Pastor: I have been in ministry at fc3 since 2008. I received my Master of Divinity from SAGU and was Ordained by the Assemblies of God in 2014. I am a die-hard Oklahoma Sooners fan. One of my secrets is that I’d love to try and be a professional bull rider in the rodeo. I just think that would be such an adrenaline rush. I am inspired by anyone that has served in the military, volunteers during Upward Soccer, and people that grew up without indoor plumbing. My wife and I have two sons and are proud that they are growing up in Fort Worth.

Christopher Smith – Youth Pastor: I am a native of North Carolina and have served in full-time student ministry since 2012. I graduated from SAGU with my Bachelors of Church Ministries and my Masters in Organizational Leadership. I am a coffee addict, musician, and a sports fan. Most importantly, my wife is my best friend and my favorite person to experience all of life’s adventures with.

Joe McGee – Worship Director:  I also currently serve as the Director of Bands at Burleson High School, having taught and ministered in the Wichita Falls area prior to my appointment here.  I love the supreme privilege of worshipping God through music and song.  My favorite thing is to spend time with my family.  My wife, Sherry, and I have four grown daughters and sons-in-law, one son, seven grandchildren, three dogs, and one cat.  We are blessed to be a part of God’s plan in this “well-rounded” community of believers. Go fc3!

David Duffy – College/Business Pastor: I serve the college and career group at fc3. Seeking out, engaging and empowering young adults for Christ during these crucial years of life is more than a passion; it is a direct call from the Lord on my life. I grew up in east Texas and honed my ministry skills in the context of the church, the US Army, and in corporate management. I enjoy great Texas BBQ and Mexican food. I am always on the lookout for the next great “hole-in-the-wall” eatery.

Bailey Norris – Children’s Pastor: I graduated from Lincoln Christian university in 2017 with my bachelors in intercultural studies. I spent 6 months in Taiwan serving in children’s ministry. I have a passion for children’s ministry and seeing kids build a relationship with Jesus. I enjoy drinking coffee, collecting vinyl and hanging out with friends.

Ariel Olivencia – Pastor (Iglesia Comunidad Cristiana): I have an intense passion for seeing this generation burning with the fires of revival and impacting the world for Jesus Christ! I love reading, writing, and traveling. Some of my favorite authors include Leonard Ravenhill, Charles Finney, and Sergio Scataglini. I also enjoy playing billiards, chess, and word games. My life’s verse is found in Psalm 17:15 – “As for me, I will behold Your face in righteousness; I will be satisfied when I awake with Your likeness.”
